usb keyboards not recognized on "Raspberry PI A+"

1. ScreenShot - Raspberry PI B with standard keyboard (lenovo). The keyboard was recognized and works without a problem.

2. ScreenShot - Raspberry PI3 with standard keyboard (lenovo). The keyboard was recognized and works without a problem.

3. ScreenShot - Raspberry PI A+ with standard keyboard (lenovo). The keyboard is not detected and the device driver generates an error message.
